XLine requirements:

• Weight limits:  45 – 100 kg and height requirements: taller than 130 cmtaller than 130 cm.
• To wear modest comfortable clothing and closed shoes – no skirts, dresses, or flip flops.
• To be in good medical condition.
• Not pregnant.
• Free of existing or recurring injuries.
• Not under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any other substances that impair judgment (e.g. medicine).
• Free from serious physical or mental disorders that would not allow you to complete the physical and mental tasks asked throughout the ride.
• Free from medical conditions that require immediate medical attention.
• On entry, the customer must present a valid photo identification document such as original emirates ID, driving license, or original passport along with matching name on the debit/credit card that was used for purchase.
• The name on the identification document must match the individual rider who is participating in the XLine.
• Tickets are valid for one person per ticket. The ticket is valid only for the specified person and time mentioned on the ticket and cannot be reused across multiple bookings.

ID, driving licence in English or passport with a a valid photo must be displayed at the entrance.
